If i recall that bullet still intact, meaning the shell and projectile are not separated. This was back in 2011 or 2012, I forgot. And yes, back then I don't have a cellphone. Even people in my neighborhood still using those phone with physical keypad. I don't know if that bullet still there, but I doubt it. It's been a bit more than a decade.
